Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GR Job Board and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated at gabygetsajob.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
GR Job Board is a personal job-search tool that helps you discover roles, track applications, organize your pipeline, and optionally connect Gmail to detect application-related email. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or offers.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account credentials or use another person's account without permission.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
- Ensure that information you submit (including résumés and application materials) is accurate and that you have the right to use it
- Review any content generated or suggested by the Service before relying on it or submitting it to employers
- Comply with applicable laws, employer requirements, and third-party terms when applying to jobs
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or harmful or deceptive content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, other users, or third-party integrations
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization
- Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use or violates third-party terms
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in and Gmail) and may link to external job boards and employer sites. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Disconnecting third-party access may limit Service functionality.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal job-search purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
AI and automated features
Some features may use automated or AI-assisted tools to summarize information, suggest text, or assist with applications. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving anything before submission. We do not provide legal, career, or professional advice.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
